If ChillNeck isn't right for you, you can cancel your purchase within 14 days without stating any reasons. Here are all the important steps at a glance — the legally binding details can be found in the cancellation policy.

Three steps to return.

Declare revocation

Within 14 days of receiving the goods: send a short message to brrr@chillneck.shop with your order number. You can also use the sample cancellation form.

Return goods

Return the goods complete and undamaged to our address — within 14 days of your cancellation. The customer bears the direct costs of the return shipment.

Refund received

Once we have received the return (or you have provided proof of shipment), we will refund all payments — including standard shipping — within 14 days via the original payment method.

Statutory Warranty

Our products are subject to the statutory warranty rights (Sections 434 et seq. of the German Civil Code). In the event of material defects that were already present at the time of delivery, you are entitled to subsequent performance within 2 years. We do not offer any additional voluntary guarantee.

Transit Damage? How to Report It

In case of visible defects or transport damage, please contact us within 3 days of receipt – with order number, a short description, and photos: brrr@chillneck.shop

Important Information

  • Deadline: The right of withdrawal is 14 days from receipt of the goods. It is sufficient if you send the declaration before the deadline expires.
  • Return shipping costs: You, as the customer, bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
  • Compensation for loss of value: You only have to compensate for any loss of value if this is due to use that goes beyond the usual inspection.
  • Refund: We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of shipment – whichever is earlier.
