Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day,

• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered uniformly, or
• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods, provided you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately, or
• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces, or
• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the first goods, provided you have concluded a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a fixed period of time.

You can use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
