How it works

1. Place ChillNeck in the fridge (~15 Min, standard), the freezer (~8 Min, express) or in cold water (~30 Min, gentle). Without a fridge, a shaded spot below 26 °C is enough too — then it recharges passively on its own. ➜ The colder the surroundings, the faster it's ready.
2. Wait until the ring is firm again. As soon as the material has solidified, it's ready to use.
3. Wear it loosely around your neck. It cools gently — without electricity, without cooling gel, only through a special material inside.
4. On skin contact the ring slowly softens and delivers a pleasant, constant cooling over about 1 to 2 hours.
5. Reusable up to 300 times — not a disposable product.

How does ChillNeck feel?

The ChillNeck feels pleasantly cool when worn – not ice-cold, but gently refreshing. Perfect for hot days, without making you shiver.

What's inside – simply explained

Inside is a plant-based material that liquefies when warm and solidifies again when cold – completely without electricity, cooling gel, or chemicals. Your skin is about 30–32 °C, and the melting point of the material is approx. 26 °C: as soon as you put the ring on, it begins to melt, absorbing excess heat from your neck. This is precisely what creates the cooling effect.

Important Safety and Usage Instructions

Usage

• The ChillNeck is exclusively designed for wearing around the neck. Do not use on other body parts.
• Use only for its intended purpose. Do not misuse or modify the product.
• Do not wear too tightly. The ring must not constrict or impede breathing.
• Do not wear while sleeping.
• ChillNeck is a cooling aid and does not replace medical treatment.

Before each use

• Before wearing, check the product for cracks, leaks, significant deformation, or other damage. Do not use if damaged.
• After freezing: allow to thaw briefly, as the product can be very cold in the first few minutes.

During use

• If you experience discomfort, dizziness, headaches, numbness, skin irritation, or pain, remove it immediately and discontinue use.
• For sensitive skin, test briefly at first and gradually increase wearing time.
• In high outdoor temperatures, continue to drink plenty of fluids, seek shade, and plan breaks. ChillNeck does not completely prevent sweating.

User Groups

• Do not use if you have a known silicone intolerance, open skin lesions, inflamed, severely irritated, or recently treated skin, or known skin conditions.
• Individuals with sensory disorders, circulatory problems, cold sensitivity, or relevant pre-existing conditions should seek medical advice before use.
• Children should only use under supervision. Not suitable for toddlers and babies. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Handling & Storage

• Do not heat, do not place in boiling water, and do not put in a microwave or oven.
• Protect from direct, strong sunlight and heat sources when not in use.
• Protect from heat while soft: If the ring has turned soft due to warmth (the PCM is then liquid), do not additionally expose it to direct sun or intense heat — such as in a hot car or near a direct heat source. With prolonged overheating the material can, in extreme cases, leak out. Instead, place it in a cooler, shaded spot or recharge it.
• Do not cut open or open. Do not swallow the contents and avoid contact with eyes or mucous membranes.
• In case of contact with contents: rinse with plenty of water. Seek medical advice if irritation persists.

Cleaning & Disposal

• Wipe with clear water for cleaning. Do not put in the washing machine.
• Do not dispose of with general waste. Please treat as a plastic product according to local regulations.
