ChillNeck is a reusable neck cooling ring with 26 °C PCM. It sits loosely around your neck and gives off a gentle, pleasant coolness for about 2 hours — no electricity, no battery, no ice shock. Just recharge it afterwards.
More ChillNeck. More savings.
Which size fits you?
Measure your neck circumference loosely with a tape and find your size below. In the overlap zones your fit preference decides.
Overlap zones 32–34 cm and 40–42 cm: Both neighbouring sizes work — pick the smaller one for a snug fit, the larger one for a looser fit.

Cooler than 28 °C. Gentler than ice.
26 °C isn't random: noticeably cooler than the usual 28 °C rings, but without the cold shock of ice or gel packs. Exactly the balance that feels good — here's why.
Ice & gel packs
Shock-cool to 0–18 °C. The big temperature gap often feels unpleasant, can irritate the skin and is only briefly wearable directly. They also tend to drip.
ChillNeck 26 °C PCM
The slightly bigger gap to skin temperature (32–34 °C) makes 26 °C noticeably cooler than 28 °C rings — but without the unpleasant shock of ice. Comfortable to wear until you simply recharge it after about 2 hours.
PCM 28 °C (competitors)
Sits closer to skin temperature, so it cools slightly less noticeably than 26 °C. Only activates around 28 °C — in cooler surroundings or shade barely effective.
The physics behind it: The bigger the temperature gap to your skin, the more heat is drawn away — ice (0 °C) cools the most but feels unpleasant and is only briefly wearable. 26 °C hits the sweet spot: noticeably more cooling than 28 °C, yet gentle enough for comfortable wear. After about 2 hours you simply recharge it — minutes in the freezer, or with no fridge at all in a shaded spot below 26 °C.
Small. Light. Effective.

How long does the cooling really last?
Depending on the outside temperature and activity, between 90 minutes and over 2 hours of constant, gentle cooling.
How do I charge the ChillNeck?
Standard: ~15 Min in the fridge, ~8 Min in the freezer or ~30 Min in cold water, until the material is firm again. But without a fridge, a shaded spot below 26 °C is enough too — then it recharges on its own. So unlike cheap rings at 10–18 °C, you don't necessarily need a freezer.
What size am I?
Small (S) for neck sizes under 32 cm, Regular (M) (bestseller) for 32–40 cm, Large (L) above. If in doubt, our 30-second size finder can help.
Won't I freeze in that?
No. PCMs release coolness gently and evenly — a comfortable coolness, not a shiver.
How do I clean it?
Wipe with lukewarm water and mild soap. Do not machine wash.

Free shipping to Germany and Spain, usually dispatched within 24 h. To Austria: €3.50 shipping, also free from the Duo Pack (€46). The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies — return shipping is at the customer's cost. If there's a defect we ship a replacement for free — just drop us a line at brrr@chillneck.shop. Details in the withdrawal policy and on the returns page.
In what colors is ChillNeck available?
Currently available in two colors: Pink Frost (soft rose) and Arctic Mint (fresh turquoise). Both in sizes S, M, and L.
How many times can a ChillNeck be reused?
Up to 300 full charge/discharge cycles — with normal summer use, easily 3–5 summers.
What if ChillNeck goes soft?
This is completely normal: from around 26 °C the PCM inside turns liquid — that's why the ring feels soft. Just move it to a cooler, shaded spot or recharge it, and it will firm up again. Important: while soft, do not additionally expose it to direct sun or intense heat (e.g. a hot car) — with prolonged overheating the material can, in extreme cases, leak out.
