Payment

At ChillNeck, you can pay securely and easily. The following payment options are currently available to you:

  • PayPal
    Pay conveniently via your PayPal account. The charge is made directly when you complete your order.
  • Credit card (via PayPal)
    You don't have a PayPal account? No problem. You can also pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express) via PayPal – without registration.

You will incur no additional fees when using the payment methods mentioned.

Shipping

We deliver your ChillNecks reliably within the European Union. Shipping is carried out depending on the destination country via DHL (e.g. in Germany) or Correos (e.g. in Spain).

  • Shipping costs within the EU:
    • Shipping within the EU is free of charge.
  • Delivery time:
    Delivery within Germany and Spain takes place within 1 to 3 days and in the rest of the EU within 1 to 2 weeks after receipt of payment. In case of very high demand, shipping to other EU countries or delays due to customs, delivery may take a little longer. In this case, we will inform you in good time.
  • Shipping countries within the EU:
    We currently ship to the following countries:
    Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Note: Delivery to parcel stations outside Germany is currently not possible.
