Payment

At ChillNeck, you can pay securely and easily. The following payment options are currently available to you:

  • PayPal
    Pay conveniently via your PayPal account. The charge is made directly when you complete your order.
  • Credit card (via PayPal)
    You don't have a PayPal account? No problem. You can also pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express) via PayPal, without registration.

You will incur no additional fees when using the payment methods mentioned.

Shipping

We deliver your ChillNecks to Germany, Spain and Austria. Shipping is carried out via DHL (Germany and Austria) or Correos (Spain), depending on the destination country.

  • Shipping costs:
    • Germany: free of charge, with no minimum order value.
    • Spain: free of charge, with no minimum order value.
    • Austria: €3.50, free from the Duo pack onwards.
  • Dispatch:
    We usually hand your order over to the carrier within 24 hours.
  • Delivery time:
    Delivery takes 2 to 4 working days after receipt of payment. In case of very high demand or delays due to customs, delivery may take a little longer. In this case, we will inform you in good time.
  • Other countries:
    We do not ship to other countries yet. We are working on it.

Please note: delivery to parcel lockers outside Germany is currently not possible.
